Our New Home :)

Moving Time

We are so very excited about moving into our new house. Joey and I are finally out of apartments. :) YAY! The next step in our life. We fell in love with the house when we first saw it.

Alleah had fallen asleep in her car-seat on the ride to my parents house so we decided to let her sleep awhile longer so we drove around to look at houses. We came upon this house, picked up the information and loved it instantly. We immediately got a Realtor... btw LOVE him! (if you need one I recommend him..seriously). We then contacted him, got our official Home Loan approval letter, looked online at we wanted to see and then went to see them :) It was tiring and a lot of fun looking at different houses and seeing what features we liked the best. We saw 11 houses in one day. WOW. Some houses we were torn about, but automatically went back to the house we love and others we were right away like "heck no." One house we walked in... then walked back out. Everything about the house we love. The size is HUGE, has a privacy fenced yard, garage, enormous finished basement, a lot of bedrooms, master bathroom and i'd have to say one of my favorite things about the house is that the master room has 2 closets...YES!! One is walk-in-closet (mine) and one is not (Joey's) haha.

We were definitely lucky we found such and awesome house we absolutely love AND under our budget. Steal of a deal... I think.. YES!

Right now every time we think about it we get more and more excited and just can't wait until the closing date so we can move in.

Another bonus: the area. We looked at houses in the safe part of kennewick and Richland. But we definitely wanted a house in Richland and were just lucky enough to get one. I love how the house is in my home ward and live down the street from my parents :)

Okay.. Now I'm just getting to carried away :)

Woah! Double Digits

10 Months Old :)

4.01.13

My goodness time is just flying. Alleah Mae is 10 months old. Where has the time gone? Can I just say... I love this little girl to death. These past 10 months have been challenging, fun, exciting and AWESOME! Our baby girl is so great. She just has such a fun personality. If you know my daughter you know she loves to smile.

Alleah isn't really independent she loves to have someone right there playing with her. (most of the time) She definitely is shy when it comes to someone she doesn't know. She goes straight to the person she knows. Usually me, Joey, or my parents.

Also, lately she is starting to get an attitude and its the funniest thing ever. I've been trying to say "no" more often so she understands, but it doesn't faze her. She looks at me and laughs "nice try mom" haha. Just recently she learned how to shake her head. She can't say no, but she understands that she is saying no by shaking her head. She is so smart. She is close to walking (help me). I want her to take her time walking. I want my little girl to stay little awhile longer. She can stand up by herself and stand for a few seconds then goes back down to her butt. She can walk while holding onto her walker but that's it.

She is such a smart baby. She copies and learns very quick.
